     We provide a variety of yoga classes to cater to different preferences and experience levels, including:

    • Restorative Yoga: Emphasizes relaxation and stress relief through gentle poses held for extended periods
    • Yin Yoga: Targets deep connective tissues with passive stretches, enhancing flexibility.​
    • Prenatal Yoga: Designed for expectant mothers, focusing on safe postures and breathing techniques to support pregnancy.

    No prior experience is necessary. Our classes are structured to accommodate all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Instructors provide modifications and variations to ensure everyone can participate comfortably.

     We recommend bringing:

    • Comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for a full range of motion​
    • A water bottle to stay hydrated​
    • Optional items like a towel or yoga props (blocks, straps) if you prefer, though we provide these at the studio.​

    Classes can be booked through our online scheduling system on the website. Simply create an account, select your desired class, and follow the prompts to reserve your spot.

     Your health and safety are our top priorities. We have implemented the following measures:

    • Regular cleaning and sanitization of the studio and equipment​
    • Limited class sizes to ensure adequate spacing​
    • Hand sanitizing stations available throughout the studio​
    • Encouragement of mask-wearing in common areas, following local health guidelines​
